We have affinity partnership agreements with the National Housing Federation, Scottish Federation of Housing Associations and Community Housing Cymru.

As part of our commitment to social housing, we are working with the federations to help housing associations improve the fabric of the homes they own, in the most cost-effective way.

We can provide thousands of house improvement products from both Argos and Homebase and with our Corporate Link Account, all federation members will be entitled to a discount off all purchases at Argos and Homebase.

We have developed two housing specific vouchers, enabling you to provide allowances to tenants, whilst maintaining control over what is purchased.

Our new Homebase Electronic Decorating Voucher, can only be used on decorating materials, and is proving very popular for associations wanting to reduce void properties and empowering tenants to carry out decorating work themselves.

Argos Product Specific Vouchers, are again ideal for issuing home enhancing products for tenants. When you have chosen the product, we can simply issue a voucher to each tenant for the exact item to be collected at an Argos Store.
